Gear up for a Great NCPW!
The 15th annual National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) is March 3 – 9, 2013. Government agencies, advocacy organizations, and private sector groups from coast to coast have come together here to share information that can help you make smart decisions about a slew of subjects, including privacy protection, money and debt management, and recognizing identity theft, frauds and scams.
Partner with this important nationwide campaign:
- Share the resources
- Use the ideas and short cuts in the toolkit – from brochures and fact sheets to videos, audio recordings and games – to create your own consumer education activity or event.
- Post buttons and banners on your site to let visitors know where to get more information about NCPW and dozens of current consumer topics.
The Federal Trade Commission coordinates NCPW. Its free publications are available from ftc.gov/bulkorder, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Mark your calendar: if you’re planning an activity or event during NCPW 2013 and you want publications to distribute, you’ll need to place your order by February 1, 2013.
